This is just a brief mail to say thank you for the memorial plate which arrived safely some days ago. Although my wife and I had a rough idea of what it might look like, we are delighted by the the casting, with the letters and paw prints raised, and what appears to be a lacquer finish. We are both very glad we approached your company, instead of buying a cheaper alternative from other retailers. The plaque is entirely appropriate to the memory of our two pets and will grace the sandstone rock we have placed in the garden. 

Just wanted to thank you for the fast turnaround of the cleaning of the Baby Plaque. It looks absolutely fantastic. Brilliant service as per usual.
